Care Instructions: To clean the exterior of the Arc oven, ensure it is completely cool before applying a non-caustic, bleach-free cleaning spray to any dirty areas. Abrasive cleaners such as Pink Stuff or Bar Keepers Friend should be avoided. Instead, use warm soapy water with a sponge or non-abrasive dishcloth, then wipe clean with paper towels. The flue can also be removed for easier cleaning. For the interior, the most effective method is to burn off any food debris or soot; once the oven reaches temperatures above 350˚C, it begins a self-cleaning process, with any burnt-on residue burning off after approximately three hours.
